注意：

1. 只需要計算英文字母且大小寫不分，範例輸出可看出皆為大寫，因此直接將所有英文字母轉為大寫。
2. 按照英文字母的使用頻率由小到大輸出，若有一樣次數的英文字母則由字母先後順序輸出。
